Airline Industry Specialist opens up opportunities for participants to learn one of the two areas in this industry,
a) Air Cabin Crew – Air cabin crew are the main point of contact for passengers and are responsible for them having a safe and comfortable journey.
b) Ground Crew – Varying from Airport Baggage Handler, to passenger check in officer, catering services. These ground crew personnel are responsible in assisting passengers with their flight itinerary, luggage during checking in and F&B on flight.


Railway and Train Industry Specialist

Ranging from Railway/Train Station assistant to customer service manager to passenger service supervisor to train driver. Participants will understand how these people are responsible for the smooth running of train stations and train services. Banking and Financial Advisor gives individuals and businesses support on financial matters and recommend the best way to make use of their money. This industry also includes retail and investment banking, insurance, pensions, investments, the financial markets, accountancy, financial advice and management.


Office Administrator

Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for an office or department. Participants in this course will also understand that their job requires them to deal with internal and external correspondence, processing documents, monitoring and reordering office supplies, answering phone calls, setting up, maintaining filing systems and updating information on computer databases.


Computer Service Technician

Computer Service Technician deals with installation, repair and maintenance of computer equipments. This can range from laptop, printers and scanners in a small office, to highly complex equipment in a large commercial, banking, retail or government operation. They usually specialise in one area of operation or even one type of computer. Some service technicians work as help desks telephone operators to helping clients troubleshoot their computers over the phone.

Youth and Community Worker

Youth & Community Worker provides participants with the experience of how they help young people to learn, grow and develop ideas, literacy and numeracy skills and encourage them to play a positive role in the community so as to make changes in their lives. They will organise the following enjoyable activities projects related to sports, art or drama, outings and breaks to places like outward bound and activity centers.  They will also help in raising awareness on issues such as health and politics. Working with specific groups such as young people who are homeless.

Electrician

Electrician allows participants to learn how they install, commission and maintain electrotechnical technology in a wide variety of buildings and systems (including shopping malls, sports stadiums, hospitals and HDB estates). They will also be responsible in handling advanced data cabling, data-handling systems and fibre-optic systems.


Real Estate Agent

Real Estate Agent provides opportunity for participants to learn how they sell houses or commercial properties for their clients. Their work is a mixture of marketing, sales and negotiation. Estate agents need to attract clients with houses to sell, and they also need to encourage people who are looking to buy properties to register with the agency. Participants will also learn to find out basic information like finances, loan repayment and eligibility of clients.
