The Data Entry or Administrative Assistant will be in charge of data entry work, tracking of results & any other admin work assigned by the school. He/she will be equipped with basic PC knowledge, and basic accounting skills.
The AV Assistant provides AV support for school events, provide maintenance for all AV equipments, assist and advise in procurement and upgrading of AV equipments. He / She will have to ensure the smooth operation of PA/AVA equipments, assists the teacher-in-charge of the AVA Club in training of students to operate the required equipment. He/she will also conduct AV related trainings for staff and students and any other duties that are assigned by the Principal, Vice Principal, Administration Manager and HOD IT.
The ICT Executive will manage school-initiated projects & ICT systems, and coordinate HQ project roll-outs while ensuring that MOE policies, guidelines and standards are adhered to. He/she will provide project updates to the HOD (IT) and prepare any relevant documentations and guidelines, procurement of ICT Equipment & Services, maintenance of ICT facilities and equipment, business solutions and ICT planning.
The IT/Technical Assistant performs diagnostic tests and determine the cause of IT problems or do simple maintenance of the school’s IT equipment, and provide advice/assistance on usage of basic functional features of software and hardware peripherals. He/she will ensure housekeeping of hard disks, maintain inventory of IT Equipment, and assist by setting up the computer lab for the smooth running of practical lessons and examinations, and any other duties assigned by the Principal, Vice- Principal and AMs/HOD-in-charge.
The IT Content Developer helps create customised Multimedia Interactive Learning content, promote E-learning culture in the school, assist school staff with E-learning platform(s), design and maintain the School’s intranet and internet website. He/She will work jointly with teachers of specific departments to develop useful interactive learning resources, produce video clips and animations, to enhance and enrich the students’ learning experience.
The IT Manager will have the experience in managing hardware & software and in updating inventory of all IT school equipments, Music Technology as per MOE requirements. He/she will manage and execute school projects, be a multi-tasker with strong knowledge in technical aspects, planning and priority-setting ability.
The Lab Assistant will maintain the science apparatus of the laboratory, set up the materials and equipment for experiments, and monitor the schedule of teachers coming to the science lab. He/she will assist in the procurement of equipment and materials in the science lab and maintain inventory of science lab equipment and any other duties assigned by the HOD/ Science.
The Library Assistant will carry out the daily functions of the library, processing of books, and ensure that books and magazines are correctly shelved. He/she will maintain and enforce the cleanliness and orderliness of the library. He/ she will help to maintain discipline in the library, and promote the use of the library to both staff and pupils. He/she will perform specific duties such as the condemning of books, stock-taking, secretarial work and perform any other duties as assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, Library Coordinator and Teacher Librarians.
The Media Educator/Media Coordinator handles requirements for the school/ department events and daily routines, including coordination with various parties and manage resources for preparation of the venue and media equipment. He/she will also support the use of the Online Learning Management System, the school’s portals, servers and administrative systems as well as the provision of enrichment programmes and IT training & workshops for teachers & students.
The Office Receptionist will be part of the administration support staff and will be responsible for attending to general enquiries over the counter or via phone calls; general Typing (documents, certificates etc), collation of surveys and any other duties as assigned.
The trainer will provide training for specified IT courses as part of the school’s IT Training Programme. He/She will work closely with the IT HOD in terms of training for all students, IT Club and CCA groups; to empower students to create multimedia and web-based lessons; prepare teaching materials, plan exercises/ projects/assignments; help monitor the progress of projects/assignments; evaluation of projects/assignments; provide course materials, both printed and online.
The Teachers Assistant or Aide will assist teachers with small group remediation of students in English, Mathematics and Science, and assist teachers in carrying out lessons catering to the needs of the students. He/she will also assist teachers in conducting classroom activities, in the preparation of teaching resources, and other duties as assigned by the various Heads of Departments.
The Web Designer will design and maintain the School Website using Hypertext Markup Language codes, Javascript, and gather, select and prepare relevant materials into a format suitable for web publishing; including the conversion and enhancement of photos into flash/video elements for web galleries/flash presentation, and converting hardcopies of school newsletters/circulars into web compatible formats. He/she will work closely with the Technology Assistant (TA) and other ICT support staff in the school to manage projects collaboratively and plan and conduct Media training for students & staff.
